Canyon Vista Estates is a self-contained scenic enclave of over 124 acres that features lighted and landscaped entry statements, custom designed perimeter fencing, paved interior streets and natural common areas of open space.

Are utilities provided?
‍Yes, the subdivision is fully developed with underground utilities including water, electric, telephone, cable TV, and DSL.  (power, phone and water)

Is there an HOA?
‍Yes. The Canyon Vista Estates Homeowners Owners Association has a limited role. Because there are no operations, such as a clubhouse or golf course, the HOA's primary expenses are reserves for site maintenance and repairs of roads, the entry area and fencing, general liability insurance, property taxes for the common areas and the expense of a third party to maintain its books and records. As a result, current HOA dues are a modest $225 per year.

‍Are there rules about building?
‍There are design guidelines which assure individual home

development will be high quality and appropriate for the site and the community. A wide variety of architectural styles or themes can be used. We expect a wide range of approaches to development just as people have diverse visions whether for a dream forest getaway or a family homestead. ‍There is no time limit to build.  Some owners are planning to build in the near future, others look forward to building their dream home after 3 to 5 years, yet acquired their property today because they believe a northern Arizona real estate development such as Canyon Vista Estates won't be available at today's prices for long.

‍No, however, we can recommend local qualified designers, architects, design/builders, and builders, all with excellent reputations, who are excited about working at Canyon Vista Estates.
